I started running in my forties...You are so right. I started running in my forties and ran a marathon, lots of half marathons. I was planning on running until my knees gave out. I never expected to get hit with fibromyalgia. I feel like I am ninety. I can still run sometimes but I barely can keep my house clean anymore, let alone work. The best laid plans and all that.
