Prairie Stars
Here's the fabric I bought yesterday. The book is titled twosy foursy and the pattern from this book that we will be making is called Prairie Stars. Aren't these colors and patterns great? I also have three more pieces for a total of 20.
I also have figured out a way to remember the layout I have made for the stars. In the past I have cut small pieces and pasted them on paper. Why not just print a pic? Easy and sooo much faster.
These are not my first choice for background and are not quite so pink in real life.
I think I'll buy more of the middle print in the upper
left (under the blue). It is something else laid out. I'll try a pic of just it tomorrow.

I really love your fabrics. Are they all Batiks? Gotta love those Batiks. Your colour choices are right on. Can't wait to see what you do with them.
It's going to be so pretty. I like your picture tip -- so much better than glueing a mock up.
Very beautiful Batiks. I recognize some of them which is in my stash too. I am a bit curious on the pattern you are going to do.

Great Fabrics! I cut squares of fabric and paste them a sheet of paper. I like to see and feel the fabric. I also do photos.
